The Technology
A network, not a data center
Where your money goes
Your payment goes to the people storing your data
When you pay Pinner, your money doesn't go to one company. Part of it pays for the software and tools you use. The rest goes to independent hosts who store your data and have to prove they're actually holding it.
Card or crypto. One price.

Hosts prove they're storing your data
At the end of each storage period, the host has to prove they still have your files. The network picks a random piece of your data to check. The host can't predict which piece, so they have to keep all of it.
Hosts put their own money on the line
Hosts deposit their own money as a guarantee. If they can't prove your data is there, they lose that money. They have real skin in the game, not just a promise.
No single company controls your data
Your payment, your storage, and the proof system are all spread across many independent computers. No one company is in charge.
